1. 9. Once registered users shall be authorized to review and change their Personal Information.

Users shall also keep the right to withdraw their acceptance for collecting, storing and using their Personal Information which shall cause immediate termination of such user’s account.

12. All matters concerning the Privacy Policy shall be governed under the law of Poland, particularly under the Act of Personal Data Protection on 29th Aug. 1997. All claims and disputes shall be put under jurisdiction of court of law in Warsaw, Poland.
